A venue in the center of it all with very comfortable rooms and activities for the whole family, from water play to a spa and finished with a world class restaurant. Whether you're here for work, play, family, or long overdue getaway, this is a great place to be. The excellent staff while not entirely bilingual are dedicated to making the effort to ensure your needs are met. If you're going to order room service, check out the restaurant menu beforehand, I couldn't find it online. Oh, and their Wifi is free, but for safety ensure you have a VPN. This is just a smart choice. Enjoy your stay.

Beautiful hotel with all the amenities anyone may need and friendly & concerned staff there to help you with any need. They also diligently try to speak English should you not be able to speak French. Great place very well located in the heart of the action.

Great hotel, multiple chargers available for electric cars. Clean room and great service. We had beautiful view for the mountains from our room, loved waking up to it.

OTL GOUVERNEUR SAGUENAY REVIEWS

Great Hotel, location great to head up to Mont Valin and snowmobile. Large parking lot for trailers. We paid to have breakfast and access to the SPA. The breakfast fantastic huge selection and great quality. The SPA was great after along days on the trails, and then to the assume restaurant. We stayed 3 days and ate at the restaurant each night but was so great. Service and food and beverage 10 out of 10. Staff really great, take pride in great work and service, well done. Rooms really clean, with huge fluffy towels. I will recommend to everyone heading here.

The hotel is wonderful. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast is generous and delicious. The gym is clean and all the machines work and the view is onto the pools so feels spa like. The location is surprising but it works for them. Also went to the Paus spa attached it was relaxing and the staff were helpful.

Fabulous in every way. Rooms, facilities, breakfast and staff. Special gratitude to the Hotel Manager (a lady whose name I forgot) who was at the reception on the evening of July 5. She was extremely caring and supportive. Overall, this has been our best experience so far across east Canada.

The professionalism and care that they gave us was remarkable. I will travel the extra 200-300km when I’m in Quebec snowmobiling just to get that type of catering. Team Delta please don’t change your ways….you are all wonderful.

Good checking (also check in area is cosy). Good size room and clean. Infrastructure is a bit noisy (bring earplugs). Room has decent tech connectivity. Lot of parking. Connected to small shopping mall. Nearby everything convenient.

Pleasant surprise at all points of view! My husband has to travel to the rooftop area every two weeks for his new job. Your hotel is definitely our choice when we have to sleep on the road! See you very very soon !!!
