The hotel staff were exceptional-particularly the front desk lady with the long hair. She made suggestions for restaurants & activities that were fabulous and suited out needs to a T. The beds were comfortable, Room was clean, breakfast was healthy & had a good variety of items, and the pool with slide was sensational!! I highly recommend this hotel for a family getaway. * Excellent food and service at the local restaurant La Belle et Le Boeuf. *Fantastic fun time at the tubing hill in St Agathe des Monts, less than 15 min from the hotel.

Better than what anyone should expect of a Super 8. Warm pool with a slide and hot tub. Free breakfast that includes fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels and a few other things. Rooms are ok, this isn't a 5 star hotel - you get what you pay for - value for price of this hotel is great.

Easy access off the main highway with tons of room in the parking lot for a large U-Haul and a trailer. Rooms were great and the friendly staff made us feel welcome with our pets. Clean, nice and just what we needed for the night. I would stay again if ever needed.

We were pleasantly surprised about the whole place. The staff was above expectation, the room service very good. We stayed there 3 weeks and although busy place, it was quiet and relaxing. The restaurant, Gare 422 free breakfast with complete service, of course the tip is not included! The food was also very good… Chapeau! To the management and it’s team. in all we certainly would go back!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were nice and friendly. The restaurant had delicious food, and the breakfast was good too. It was not a buffet, but there were plenty of choices. The hotel also has outdoor parking spots, which was convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good place to stay.

We had an amazing stay! After a long day's drive, it was such a relief to arrive at BW St. Jerome. The staff was helpful and kind, our room was comfortable and well supplied with all we needed. Every time I travel through QC, I make a point of staying here - my favourite stop.

About 45 minutes to downtown Montreal but still a good place. located right next to Tim Horton and a gas station and several fine dining steak bars. Rooms were clean and tidy, having free warm breakfast was a nice perk especially when you have little munchkins. Hotel also has an indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, spa and a gym.

Great experience, loved the swimming pool it had a slide and great customer service the staff are very friendly!

A very clean, comfortable place to stay. Workers were very pleasant and helpful.
