They came in one day to help me with a major problem with my heat pump. Marc, the technician, was incredibly kind and patient. He did everything he could to resolve the problem quickly. The owner, Hugo, was also very kind and took the time to respond to all my many messages. I recommend them to everyone! From now on, I will always do business with them.

Excellent customer service. Within 24 hours, during their busiest time of year, they fixed my air conditioning. Their communication is #1 and their service is impeccable. Thank you so much.

Samuel est excellent. Nous avions plusieurs problèmes avec notre formulaire que nous n'arrivions pas à régler, et même après un an passé sur l'installation, il est revenu pour résoudre notre problème, et il l'a réussi d'un seul coup, sans effort. Merci beaucoup.

Très bon service ils ont été super avenant pour les prises de rendez-vous. Ils ont également fait l’installation un samedi ce qui correspondait encore mieux mon horaire. Je recommande.
