It’s been two years since we had A/C installed with them, and we are happy. Updated Aug 6/24: Our A/C started short-cycling on a hot summer holiday, and I discovered a pool of water under the furnace. Larry answered my text for help immediately, and Nicolas was on the scene within about an hour. Unfortunately the blower fan was ruined. Alan had it fixed the next day. It was the last job of his day, and he stayed on, while getting calls from home for dinner, to make sure everything was clean and showed me how to protect the system.

My Daughter texted in for an appointment and they dispatched Allan out very quickly on a scorching hot day of 33+ degrees. Allan showed up earlier then the appointment time they mentioned and took the time to show me how power down the system safely and how to get into the system to clean out the filter. 1st Annual Service - Our serviceman, Allan, was punctual and super knowledgeable/professional. He took the time to explain the maintenance process and helped ensure proper and reasonable replacement filters were ordered. After many quotes from different companies we decided to go with Westmount Heating for a new heat pump and tankless hot water heater. Mirch from Westmount Heating installed a furnace quickly and for a great price, lower than other estimates. When we requested a service call about 10 months later they came out the same day and didn't charge a cent since it was under warranty. I highly recommend them and I'm glad we used them.
