Nous avons fait la conversion pour éliminer le mazout en achetant une fournaise électrique, une thermopompe et un chauffe-eau électrique en novembre dernier. Nous avons eu des problèmes de fonctionnement dès la première semaine. L'équipe de chauffage Fleurant a toujours répondu rapidement à nos appels et ils étaient à l'écoute de nos demandes. Je n'ai jamais senti que mes demandes étaient ''ridicules''. Les techniciens venaient vérifier dans de courts délais afin d'évaluer et régler les problèmes. Nous sommes donc très satisfaits des conseils pour l'achat du système et aussi du service après vente reçu ce qui fait toute la différence dans une compagnie.

Nous sommes très satisfaits des services de Pascal et de toute son équipe. Les installateurs ont trouvé d’excellentes solutions aux particularités de notre maison.Le travail s’est fait proprement et avec soins. Les conseils d’utilisation étaient judicieux et l’équipe a répondu avec patience à toutes nos questions ou préoccupations . Nous les recommandons sans hésiter.
