Brooks Heating & Air

Today was a very hot day, I called early this morning to report my AC not working properly. I knew very well that they were going to be very busy today, and wasn’t really expecting that. Francis would squeeze me in. But once again they came through and had Andrew here late afternoon. He came. He was very polite and very to the point to get to the root of the problem. He fixed it in a timely manner and now we have air-conditioning again. Thanks so much for your great service, as usual. Keep up the good work!!

We had no heat so called Brooks and they were at our house within hours. Kevin was the tech and was a great ambassador for the company. He was friendly, explained everything, and had our heat back on in no time. On the same call we explained a problem we had last summer with our A/C and Kevin knew the solution and installed a surge protector on the outside unit. All this at a very reasonable cost. We will be sure to call Brooks again next time we need HVAC services.

Very responsive to my request for service - less than 24 hours after calling, my AC was up and running again! Andrew provided knowledgeable, honest information and advice. Very professional and ensured the best solution was implemented.
