Trinity provided me with really good advice on the size of unit I needed and the ideal position in my home. Having agreed on a model and a price a few days later Denis installed my mini split quickly, professionally and took time to explain how to operate it and gave suggestions on optimal settings. I am very happy with the service I received.

My experience with Hayward Healthy Home Solutions was very positive. I had a central heat pump installed through the NB Power program, and Hayward ensured their end of the process went very smoothly from having the house inspection done to scheduling installation. They showed up when they said they would, which I no longer take for granted given my experience with some other companies. One minor suggestion might be to alert the homeowner that they might show up very early, in my case at about 7:45 on one day and a bit after 8 on the other, which was no problem but a bit of a surprise. The guys (Steven, John, Johnny and crew) all worked well and efficiently together, and Steven did a great job explaining how to work the new thermostat properly. They left the basement clean and tidy when they were finished.

Steven and John were so friendly and even had a treat ready for my dog. they made sure to keep the work site clean and put everything they had to move back before leavibg and took the time to explain everything to me. I could not have asked for better service! Steven even took the time to explain the importance of an add on feature (UV light) to help keep my children and I healthy breathing the cleanest air possible. 10 out of 10 experience
