Janet was really great and thorough when assisting you. She exceeds expectations in terms of customer service and ensuring that you have all the right information. She is very hands on and attentive. At times I would email her outside of business hours or on vacation days but she was still very sweet and responsive. I would definitely recommend her for permanent residence applications.

I have received an amazing service from Janet so far for all my immigration support/needs. She provided every level of support and guidance to increase the success of my PR application through Start-Up visa program.
