These guys are lazy and dishonest. My rates were almost 1000 a month over 10500 a year for a 23 grand Cherokee a 2013 Jeep Patriot a Harley trike and my home. I called to ask why they had increased my rate again dispite having zero traffic offenses and no claims on any of my property and was told they increased everyone's rates from 5 to 30 percent even if those customers had zero claims. When I said I was gonna be looking for another broker because it's way too expensive I was told she could explore getting me a better policy dispite it only being a little over 2 months into my renewal and then said if I canceled their would almost certainly be a cancellation fee. I asked one other broker to give me a quote and all 3 quotes from them were at minimum 4 thousand dollars less with the one being almost half the cost. They should be actively searching for better rates for me as that's literally what I pay them for and now they think I'm going to pay a cancellation fee when they are not doing their job, charging almost double of other brokers and raise their rates every single year regardless if you've had any claims. - RM Reply
