At present I deal with Mark Braund. The customer service I receive is awesome. Mark takes the time to listen and answer any questions I have. He searches for the best deals and takes the time to compare the prices. If i leave a message Mark is quick to respond. I am pleased with Jones and Associates and highy recommend them.

I recently switched to Jones and it was the best decision I made. Truly the best customer service. I dealt with Kofi, who made sure to explain everything thoroughly to me and get me the best rate for my vehicle! Got my insurance dealt with fast and felt like they truly cared about my experience.

Mark Braund is phenomenal at what he does! He is extremely quick yet detail-oriented. Overall, pleasure to deal with. Could not recommend him and Jones Insurance enough!

I recently switched to Jones insurance and I dealt with the broker Mark Braund, he was so excellent to deal with and I will be the first to admit I’m not the greatest customer for answering the phone or responding to emails but he put up with me and got it done within the deadline…well done! I just need to say a big big thanks to my broker Johnathan Verge he has been so amazing and helpful throughout the process of getting insurance on my vehicle again!! I'm so so glad I went through them instead of my old one because I found out that my old insurance company filled out the paperwork wrong, amount other things!! But glad it happened or I wouldn't of ended up with Standard!!!! I highly recommend Johnathan!! He was so fast and helpful!! And definitely made it happen the day of!!! I was really desperate to get my van on the road before the end of the day and he made sure it was!!! I BIG thanks to him and everyone at Standard.

Sarah Galati is my broker for home and auto. She is very prompt and knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. She is able to answer any of my questions quickly and provide the best advice. She always ensures we receive the best rate and explains our coverages in detail. I have been with BrokerLink Thunder Bay since I first received my Driver's Licence at 16. There has been nothing but outstanding service during this time. BrokerLink Thunder Bay always goes out of their way to ensure you are receiving the best rates for both house and vehicle insurance. Five years ago, my vehicle was damaged in a hit-and-run while it was parked on the street. I called BrokerLink immediately and they took care of everything! It was an extremely easy process and I was thankful that I had the insurance add-on where I did not have to pay a deductible in this specific circumstance. Any questions I have are always promptly answered. I am thankful to be with BrokerLink Thunder Bay and appreciate everything they have done over the years for me.
