Tenants can get 24-hour emergency response and services from them. Synergy Property Management Solutions will also utilize social media when advertising. They typically inspect the property once per year and perform the fire alarm check at the same time. Rents are accepted by cash, cheque, or etransfer. They will issue N4s at around the 5th day of arrears. If a tenant is a first-time late payor, they will give a courtesy call or email, but should the tenant pay late habitually, they will try to correct that behaviour and get them to start paying in full on the 1st. The maintenance crew is well-versed in local and provincial standards and ensures that properties adhere to these standards. Routine inspections and smoke alarm checks provide access to the units; if they feel that a tenant may need some extra attention, they will schedule maintenance inspections to gain access to the unit and ensure that the interior is being cared for.”

Five stars! So grateful for Marco and his team!! They handled everything from start to finish, in short order including some much needed junk removal and finishing touches so that my house was ready for tenants. They alleviated so much stress and took care of all the details from start to finish! I’ll definitely be working with LPRM again!

The rental managed by Marco and the property management is a lifesaver! Despite the short notice, he was able to provide us with a fantastic place to stay. The house was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. Marco is very responsive and helpful. He made the whole rental experience stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a rental unit.

What can I say about Marco and his team other than pure excellence and professionalism . They helped me in my darkest hour with a squatter last year. Being an investor from southern Ontario I was unable to get the help I needed to run my property smoothly , until I found lrpm. The Rates are fair and Marco and Zoe always go over and beyond. I can’t recommend them enough ! His contacts in Thunder Bay are amazing and will always find you the best price in town for any Reno, big or small.

Allisa was prompt in arranging for a viewing. We checked an apartment unit available but, the next day, was informed someone else was able to rent it first. She did, however, recommend a couple more units available after. A couple days later, we were able to proceed with the final paperwork and settled into the new apartment. We did hit a bit of a snag on the first day moving in. The lights in the apartment weren't the regular type of bulbs and one of them was on the fritz so we had to call in to get it fixed. Since it was around the New Years, no one was available so we had to wait a couple of weeks to get it fixed. But other than that, everything was great. The management has their own maintenance guy checking the units regularly. Overall had a positive experience with O'Shea.

We have used O'Shea Property Management to manage our rental property for almost a year now. Even before we were a client, Mike went out of his way to help us find the right property. Since acquiring the property, Mike and his team took the time to find a great tenant, yet we still had the right people in place within 6 weeks. We had some unexpected issues come up and O'Shea management repairs any issues promptly so the tenant feels comfortable in their home. Mike and his team make the whole experience turn-key, so as an owner who lives out-of-province, I have peace of mind that my property is well taken-care of.

We have rented a property managed by O'Shea Property Management for almost six years now and being a first time renter, I am amazed at the professional and quick responsive actions of the team. They are all wonderful people, and I never hesitate to call if there is an issue. I am so grateful, as I have heard other stories from renters whose stories are quite opposite. I walked in, asked for an application for housing, and asked for 2 I always muck up the first one. It was like walking in to my home. The plants in the office. I work cleaning Victoria vill mall, 6 days a week, 9 am to 3 pm, Jim my bosses, boss, who works for Maribelli real estate company, recommended to go in the office and apply in person. I am glad I did. I am hoping to get into a suitable place again. Hoping for the best.

Terri is great. She always makes you feel like you are a priority and never ever inconveniencing her. I would recommend her in a heart beat

Maryann is awesome!! We haven't found my perfect home yet but I know she keeps looking for me..
