Rob once again rescued me!! My laptop could not be fixed and I was on a tight timeline. I am working on a large project and managing my client roster. He recommended getting a new one for a number of reasons. I could not get to a store to buy one in time. Rob agreed to not only recommend what I needed, he went and purchased it for me!!! Rob got everything up loaded and ready for my husband to pick up. I came home to a brand new laptop, ready for me to start work that night. Unbelievable customer service.
