This is my third visit to have documents notarized and each time everyone there has been beyond helpful. I was having problems with one document as the government I was submitting them to was very specific with the wording I needed on my document. Brenda went out of her way to create a whole new document and statement to match what the government was needing. Such a professional and kind group of people. I live about an hour away and each time drive to this business just to work with these incredibly kind and professional staff. Will always be using their services. Thanks again for all your help.

We were first home buyers. Brenda made the process a breeze for us. She patiently walked us through all the documents and what they meant and what to expect. We were in a situation where we were not in town during the closing and posession of the property. Brenda and team accomodated it, help us sign all the document well ahead of time. After the sale was complete and after receiving our money for property the seller was not willing to hand over the keys on the day of posession. We did not expect this but Brenda reached out to the seller lawyers immediately and with a little nudge from her our realtor received the keys on the possesion day. We are very satisfied with the service we received. Overall I will recommend Brenda and team for all legal needs.

Grant Sauer was incredibly unprofessional and rude to myself and my husband when we needed his assistance for our mortgage. He sighed at us, and rolled his eyes when we were trying to ask him questions. He was impatient. After about 5 minutes, he stated that we would need to book another appointment with him if we wanted to ask questions.
