I first started dealing with James at a previous company back in 2013. Their service back then was exceptional. James took the time to explain to me how their service worked, and also explained the causes of any issues we had. Fast forward to one year ago, I was at a new company, and we were growing and needed a proper server. I remembered dealing with F1 Tech from my previous company. We got several quotes, but F1 Tech had the best. They were willing to work with what we needed and could afford. The entire team at F1 Tech are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to solve any of our problems. Definitely recommend their services.

James is great to work with, the service is fast and any issues they are quick to fix it. We have been working with F1 tech for over 5 years and there team is also awesome. We are very happy with them and looking forward to continue our business with them.

I have been using WilkinsIT as my web host for any site that requires more complexity than a simple brochure site, and they have consistently exceeded my expectations. Their personalized care and attention to detail set them apart from the big web hosts, especially when it comes to tech support. Their hosting plans are excellent value for money. And I sleep well at night knowing that they have the expertise (and patience) to tackle more exotic technical issues that frankly go beyond my level of understanding. 5 stars and I'd drop off a box of doughnuts at their office if I could.

Alex and his team have been amazing to work with. They are extremely prompt and very quick to respond. They were able to provide me with solutions and advice that best fit and work for my business. I feel extremely reassured knowing my setup is optimal and Wilkins IT is looking after it

We wanted an alternative to our "grandfathered in" support person. I contacted Full Spectrum and Steve came to see us the next day - we were used to being out off for weeks without response so this was refreshing, and we didn't get attitude :). Steve evaluated all of our PC's, upgraded the RAM, told us which ones we should consider replacing next, and did an upgrade on our internet by suggesting a system where we doubled our download and upload speed by using two providers and if one provider fails it automatically falls over to the other - we used the cloud a lot so this was important. It's refreshing to have friendly service when you need it.

5 star experience! Service is amazing. Steve is always there. I have called or texted in all hours of the day, even super late at night, and he always answers promptly and deals with things fast and efficiently. I am never been left waiting for him. He deals with emergencies immediately and has our office running like a smooth operating machine. Plus his rates are totally reasonable! Would highly recommend his services!

Full Spectrum is always responsive and provide clear answers to any questions. This is much appreciated!
