Called ahead to get the quote, outline exactly what will have to be notarized. Arrived for the appointment, procedure went fast. Was presented with the bill that was more than double the quote, when asked why such a difference in price, was told "But we were signing so much today". I've indicated that I've listed ahead of time what had to be signed, hence agreed to the quote, was told "But you saved so much!" ??? compare to what? The quote? Then Tamara proceeded to make copies of the documents, without explanation why the information was collected, how it will be stored, protected, shared. So, after the appointment, had to file statements with authorities, including bank, Equifax, etc. to ensure my personal info would not be used in any way, shape or form. Would recommend anyone who is considering to use the service, to get the quote in writing with a breakdown ahead of the appointment. - Larisa
