“Cho Ichi Ramen is an excellent open-concept look, and it is a modern ramen place that opened along Pembina Highway in Fort Garry. The restaurant focuses on thin, straight noodles with fresh, house-made wheat noodles with a satisfying, slurpable bounce. The two main broth options have three traditional variations: shoyu, shio, or the cloudy, umami taste of miso. The fourth possibility is spicy garlic, which has some heat but may need more for people who like firecracker levels. Their vegetarian option includes a delicate broth deep in flavour and served with tofu. Their add-ins include seasoned eggs, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and a sprinkling of green onions. Cho Ichi Ramen's miso ramen is complemented with fresh, sweet corn and black garlic. They also have high chairs for the guests.

Been multiple times already, and they never disappoint! The broth is always full of flavour, the Tokyo fries are always cooked to perfection, and the overall atmosphere is unlike anywhere else. You can tell just by watching the employees at work that they genuinely enjoy working and being there. Katy and Leon took care of us and they were super sweet and went above and beyond, best dining servers I’ve had by far!

Superb! We got welcomed as soon as we enter the place. The service is fast and we got to get our food not long after ordering. The portion is great and the taste, yumm! The server, I think her name is Mao, is fantastic! She made sure that everything is going well in our table. What a pleasant birthday experience! Will definitely come back again!

My first time trying Kinton Ramen and I ordered the Beef Shoyu ramen with additional sweet corn. I enjoyed it very much! The portions were very generous and filling. Our server, Julia, was super nice and helpful giving recommendations on the type of noodles. I appreciate it very much. Excellent service! Would definitely come back again!

YUJIRO JAPANESE RESTAURANT REVIEWS

We have been to Yujiro before, and we loved it so much so we came back today! They renovated the place and it looks very modern and elegant! They serve very high quality sushi compared to other restaurants we’ve been to and staff were very polite as well! Would definitely recommend to a friend!

After visiting this restaurant I had only positive impressions. The presentation of the rolls is excellent and they taste great. In this establishment you can try not banal cucumber rolls, but experience interesting tastes and discover a new palette of combinations of familiar and unfamiliar ingredients. The service staff is caring and friendly. The price corresponds to the level of the establishment. I sincerely recommend it.

We are from Houston which has a number of great award-winning sushi in Japanese chefs, but we thought the sushi here was some of the best we've ever had. Some interesting interpretations of some standards as well as some unique items of their own. Everything was beautifully presented and extremely fresh. Service was wonderful.

Had a great time and food was amazing! They were absolutely accommodating to us on short notice (15 of us) good was prompt and again so amazing tasting! Seating was good and drinks were super good! Only thing I'll say is even with fans on it was super hot in there! (I got miso pork and it was so good! I really wanted to try the bao buns!)

I have been to Cho Ichi Ramen twice as of when I write this. Each time, the Ramen was flavourful and tasty. I will go back again when I am in the neighbourhood. The staff are great. They are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They checked in regularly and made sure we had everything we wanted.

So tasty! Miso chicken ramen with marinated egg. The true comfort food! Seasoned well, noodles were perfect, chicken tender and not salty. A great place for your next bowl of ramen.
