I visited the store for the first time. I needed my fathers old watch repaired. I was very politely served by Amir. He explained the watch did not require a new battery and just needed to be turned a few times. He took his time to showed me how to do it next time it stopped. He did not charge me anything and thanked me for visiting the store. Very knowledgeable and honest! They have a nice selection of jewellery and gifts as well. Thank you for your help and kindness.

Milton Jewelers made our wedding bands perfect and the process was very easy. They were able to produce custom rings that matched the designs we liked with the materials we wanted. I would highly recommend them for custom made jewelry as they are highly skilled.

Great customer service. I went there to get a gold necklace fixed and was served immediately and professionally. they also have great selection of gold pieces. I would definitely go there again for my next purchase.

Such a great experience. Everything was explained well and we had a lot of variety to make the best choice for us. We didn't feel rushed and it was a great thing to do with my daughter and I for her birthday. I would totally recommend!!

Oh my goodness. Little Neary / Spark Bar is amazing! The staff were so helpful and helped me choose 3 amazing bracelets and charms that all look so great together. I also brought my mom and sister for another appointment because I was so impressed! They got gold bracelet and absolutely love theirs. Thank you so much for such a great zapping experience!

My husband and I had our wedding bands custom made at the vault. I was having trouble finding a wedding band that stacked with my engagement ring. Mike and his Brooklyn were creative in making a wedding band that fit perfectly! They were patient professional and understanding with our preferences. They were able to finish both bands with lots of time left to our wedding! We couldn’t be happier. Thank you to Mike, Brooklyn and the rest of the team at the vault!

I had an amazing experience working with the Vault. I had purchased a necklace pendant from the Vault online. After purchasing, I was concerned that the item would not arrive on time. I reached out to the Vault, and Stephen was there to help and ship the item same day. I am so grateful for Stephen and the Vault and will shop here again.
