I had such a wonderful experience with Halton Windows & Doors. I have a 130+ year old row-home that required retrofitted windows/ door due to the openings being changed by varying owners throughout the years. The installed team at Halton was able to properly seal the new windows and made sure they looked great too. They were very friendly and knowledgable, and their install job was top tier. Marie in the office is wonderful as well. She was very patient with my needs and worked with me over the course of a few months to ensure I was getting what I needed for a great price.

I recently had Mike supply and replace the door sweep on the door I had Halton Window and Door install in 2011. He did so in minutes and proceeded to advise me on how to prevent wear in the future. I expected his bill to follow and was surprised to be told the part and service call were complementary. Small town service at it's best. It definitely pays to shop local!

These guys were A+. Mike is a great installer. Very neat and did a quality job. I would highly recommend them for window replacement. Don’t use the big guys… this company will take care of you.

Working along side the team at R&R was one of the smoothest processes I have ever encountered. The team replaced our front door and basement windows and never once did we feel high pressured sales tatics from day one. I would highly reccomend this team to anyone looking to replace windows or doors.

This company was amazing! So professional, organized and clean. A highly skilled team. Aside from competitive pricing, we also valued the fact that they were also aware of the job from the quoting stages since they were also installing the work vs. having a sales person review the job. Zero error and 100% satisfied!! Thank you Ed, Jason and James!!

Ed and Jason replaced all of our windows about 5 years ago, and just recently installed new doors and added two windows. Excellent craftsmanship and great guys to speak with. Highly recommend.

I was introduced to, and impressed by W/D Craftline Inc. when they replaced my neighbour's front door, and my own experience with them from salesperson to final installation team was phenomenal. As salesperson, Natalia walked me through the process that would replace my side garage door and the perimeter around it as well as capping the perimeter around my front door, offering recommendations that would enhance the project without adding significantly to the cost. She was available for any questions I had and explained everything to my complete satisfaction. I was advised of my installation date over a week in advance (thank you, Maria), allowing me to be well prepared on the day of the project. As for my two member installation team, I have nothing but praise to offer. They were punctual, courteous, efficient and proficient, and their workmanship is excellent. If you're planning a similar home project, I highly recommend W/D Craftline Inc.

We could not have been more satisfied with our experience with WD Craftline. They came recommended by both our contractor and designer and did not disappoint. We replaced all the windows in our 100 year old home, as well as our front and back doors. We went with Windsor aluminum clad windows and French doors in the back. The front door is an arched wood door from Amberwood, it’s beautiful. We worked closely with Herb to place our order - he was incredibly helpful, a genuinely nice guy, and the pricing was fair. Peter and his team did a wonderful job with the install. I would happily recommend WD Craftline for your windows and doors.

They did our windows and front doors. They are very organized and polite and the work done was amazing. We had a slight issue with a front door a few years after and they came back and fixed it right away making it a perfect seal from the wind... Highly Recommended Company.
