Mary completely looked after my complicated locksmith needs. Together, over a period of 3 visits 3 days apart, she nailed it down perfectly. I've been getting simple keys cut there over the last five years and I have never had a problem once. This last problem was solved with patience and professionalism. This couple went beyond the call of duty. I was stuck with my van at the mall and i lost my keys. They saved my whole day and they had the most incredible Personalities. Highly recommended... It was my pleasure to meet John and his wife.

Totally casual dude, really upfront and honest. I overheard him take a prospective client call while he was advising me about a lock replacement at my place. He told the person that he would not be able to make any recommendations when the person who was locked out didn’t have proof that she lived at the address in question. It also happens to know exactly what he is talking about, an expert in the field. Gave sound security advice, pointed out some code violations and suggested I find someone to replace the cylinder on my old ass deadbolt (he estimated over 40 years old and it looks it) & a new set of keys. This guy is your man on locksmithing advice, totally recommended.

I lost my second set of car keys a year ago, and I kept meaning to get a copy made . . . any one of these days . . . well, I locked my keys in the ignition this week. It was after 8 PM, so I wasn’t sure if they’d be able to come that night. They have an after-hours switchboard, and a nice operator picked up my call. Within 10 minutes she had called a technician, and 20 minutes after that he arrived at my house. Very nice man, very professional, and the keys were out within 15 minutes. He would have made copied key for me right there so I would have spare car keys, but he didn’t have the right one in stock so took 10% off the price.

The other day I don’t know how it happened but I broke my key in the ignition. So I needed an ignition key replacement. I was in a hurry and called around to see if a locksmith company could help me. From the time I placed the call until starting my car again only 45 min went by I couldn’t believe it. This kind of service is one of a kind I recommend to everybody.
