I highly recommend Brian!!! He is very good at what he does and one of the best therapist I have ever seen and I am extremely picky. He will educate you along the way making sure you fully understand what he is doing and why he is doing it. He also makes sure that your never in any pain during the treatment. He uses a variety of techniques as well. 10/10 Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I recently had a massage session with Jessica MacNeil, and I must say it was excellent. I specifically requested treatment for a serious injury I suffered nearly two years ago, and Jessica addressed it with great care and expertise. Immediately after leaving, I noticed a significant improvement in how I felt, especially in my mobility at work where I walk over 20,000 steps a day. I'm looking forward to my next appointment with Jessica. Thank you!

First massage I have had since moving home. Logan is amazing, I thought my problem area was in my lower back turns out most of the tension was in my traps an neck area. I feel so incredible I have already booked my next appointment!!!! Thanks so much Logan I feel incredible cant believe the difference.

My first time getting a theraputic massage. Second appointment with Susan booked already. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend.

Michelle is a great RMT! She had a "blading" technique which really helps get the fascia moving. Will be going back for another deep tissue massage shortly.
