I'm coming back to this place for sure! Everything was awesome. Staff were super helpful and very polite to deal with. They offered some very good recommendations. Everything we had was delicious. They have a slightly different spice range than traditional Mexican, which is a nice twist. They offer smaller plates so you can mix it up and try different things. I highly suggest checking this place out.

This is the third Escondite I’ve dined at and I’ve had a great experience at all of them! I took my cousins here for the best tacos I’ve had in Montreal and they were both very happy with their food and drinks and would come again next time they visit! Our waitress was very nice, had great recommendations and even helped accommodate my gluten allergy. I highly recommend the cilantro smash, any of the mojitos and the cauliflower tacos.

Cuisine: I loved the authentic Mexican signature Drinks perfect mixing Guacamole was excellent The decoration was very carefully made authentic. It is a very cosy and warm place The service was exceptional and personal I felt welcomed and at home.

Ever seen something so beautiful Doubt. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great burrito and fast service. They also have bowls and tacos. Clean environment and friendly staff. Monthly or by monthly Resto for me.

This is actually my go-to place for a quick bite. It's consistently good food, the staff is always super helpful and kind, and it's quick service.

Amazing service, great food and good prices, I’ve never had a bad experience other than the Laval locations.

Amazing food and service. The owner is very welcoming and generous. Would definitely recommend.

The best place for food,service and atmosphere! We ordered in person and left but later found out an item was missing (a new employee forgot it, but it happens) so I called them and the man (I'm guessing is the owner or manager) immediately made the moment right. I put my boyfriend on this place and it is his absolute favorite place to eat! He even joked about getting the name 'Tacos don Rigo' tattooed for a reward of free birria tacos for life. Anyways, they never ever disappoint and will be a long time customer.

The food is incredible, everything in the menu is fresh and delicious. The owner is regularly there and he is kind and approachable, same as all people in the restaurant; super friendly. The decoration is nice, but it’s a little crowded since it’s a small place. Not necessarily a bad thing, though, feel authentic Mexican. Great music, amazing food, friendly staff.
