I was in Montreal all week for work and visited all of the places I was supposed to: Old Montreal, downtown, the port area. This was hands down my favorite place of the whole trip. From the minute I walked in, I was greeted by the hostess and immediately noticed the ice-cold air, which was much appreciated due to the hot weather. I sat at the bar and was served by Juliana and Kalia, who were both so friendly and attentive. I felt at home, since Florida has no shortage of restaurants featuring wings, chicken, and other fare, but the vibe here was awesome. It was full of energy, packed on a weeknight, and was a very visually appealing place. I asked for suggestions on dinner, which I know servers usually hate, but Kalia steered me toward their chicken sandwich, which was delicious. One of the regulars pointed out the owner, George, and even though he was busy cleaning and setting up tables himself, I had to stop him and let him know how wonderful a job he has done with Birdhouse. Honestly, this was the highlight of my trip, and I look forward to coming back on my next business trip. (Thank you for my parting gift! ;)

It was a PHENOMENAL experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was great, the food was exceptional and the service was A1. Charlotte, our waitress, was AMAZING! She was attentive and paid attention to our concerns about food allergies. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. Definitely worth putting on our favorites list! Thank you Birdhouse!

We love the place. First visit and our waitress was great and very welcoming. The details of the place from the ceiling to the walls was great. The food was excellent and came very quick. We will definitely come back and try other things on the menu.

MCKIBBIN'S IRISH PUB REVIEWS

McNiven’s was a great first stop for me and my family after arriving to Newfoundland. The food was incredible and the fish was fresh. We were very pleased with the service by our waiter, Noah and the owner David. They were both very personable, efficient, and attentive. On behalf of myself and my family we are so happy we picked McNiven’s as our first stop in NL.

Always love Mckibbins. I've made lots of new friends there. Great vibes and the owner is very nice as well.

Exactly what you'd expect at an Irish pub. Great food, service.

Had a great experience, staff was super friendly. It was very clean in there and everyone respected all the covid rules. The food was fresh and tasty. Had a drink which was also great. The waiter was attentive. Would recommend definitely missing going out to lunch! I'd also recommend getting the sauced-up chicken fingers with the buffalo sauce.

Excellent chicken wings; very crispy! I asked them to put the buffalo sauce on the side. Excellent sweet potato fries. I don’t drink anything with alcohol, and they made me a fruity sparkling drink, which was refreshing for the summer. Very enjoyable meal!

Can't go wrong with the Jack, good selection of beers and food is always on point. Burgers are delicious and don't forget to ask for the spicy mayo!
