TAQUERIA PLAYA TROPICAL REVIEWS

Always busy, lots of conversations and everyone enjoying good food. You can tell when you walk in it's going to be good, and you won't be disappointed. We came early enough that it was just busy and we got a seat almost right away. When we finished there were quite a few waiting outside. Everything is worth trying and the friendly servers are always happy to help you make a good choice.

Apologies for the poor quality of the pictures. Today, I visited this restaurant with a friend who works as an Uber driver. She mentioned that many of her customers order from there, and after experiencing it firsthand, I understand why. The portions were generous, and the food was delicious! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially considering neither of us enjoys cilantro. They made sure to cater to our preferences. I'm already looking forward to returning with my family soon.

I liked the food here. The lengua was so tender abs juicy. The quesadilla was packed with fish and came with sour cream and guacamole on the side. I’ll be back for sure. Not close to home, but worth the commute. Also the server was patient and full of knowledge. Definitely something I appreciate. She answered questions with ease.

Great place for Mexican eatry in New Westminster. We had the Sweet corn and Poblano soup, Wagyu steak and the dishes were all incredible! Generous drink selection and food. Alejandro and his staff were all amazing! Will definitely be back.

Friendly service, delicious food, interesting and diverse menu paired with a great selection of tequilas, mezcal and great cocktails! Returning every time with pleasure and excitement.

We really enjoyed it! Great food and atmosphere. Service was friendly and helpful! We'd love to back next time we visit.

This place is Fantastic! By far my favorite Mexican restaurant. Always fresh food. Never too crowded. A real fiesta in your mouth. And to top it up the owner makes an effort to conversate. Double thumbs up when my belly is so well filled up.

One of the best Mexican Restaurant. I highly recommend the Enchilada Suiza, and don't forget to try the authentic handmade hot sauces and chorizo sausage.

Ole Ole Mexican is truly one of New Westminster’s hidden gems! If you’re looking for authentic, home-cooked Mexican fare, this is the place. Nothing here feels overdone or heavy; it’s the kind of food that leaves you comforted, like you just had a warm meal at grandpa’s table. A cozy spot with real heart behind the cooking. Highly recommended.
