We came to Allen almost 7 yrs ago to help us with a refinance, he was absolutely fantastic to work with we got the results we wanted and the process was quick, easy and stress free. Six years later we decided to sell and purchase a new home and again the process was flawless especially when closing dates didn’t match up and we then had to get bridge financing for a few weeks. With never doing bridge or really knowing what and how it worked Allen explained the steps of how it work clearly and in a way we could understand. Highly recommend Allen if you are looking to apply for a mortgage!

I have used Allen in the past for a mortgage and was amazed at how easy and stress free he made it. Everything was explained in great detail and so happy we chose him.
