I really appreciated Helene and she was able to take me on as a patient as soon as I reached out. I was having some pretty horrible digestive issues and my doctor could not see me for months, and later, did not really take my complaints seriously. Helen provided some very good guidance and clear instructions on how to improve my symptoms. She really took the time to listen. I would recommend Helene's services to any one who needs to make major dietary changes, but isn't quite sure how to start.

I consult Hélène to help me live with my autoimmune disease of the thyroid gland. Thanks to his valuable advice, I managed to be functional in order to be able to work and do my activities with motivation. I am starting to regain quality of life and feel much better in my body.
