I had an initial consult with Dr. Ganesen who spent considerable time (45 mintues plus) discussing and assessing my situation. A whole battery of blood work and various tests were ordered and Isabela was very quick to organize these and get back to me. I could not have asked for more at my introductory meeting. There have been comments about Dr. Ganesen's bedside manner. I am not interested in someone making me feel good. I want to know what is wrong with me and I felt that the probing questions and decision making on what to do was excellent. Thank you.

The receptionist is always very friendly and I never have to wait long. Dr Ganesan respectfully acknowledges my concerns, and is thorough in the diagnostic process. He runs all necessary tests and assessments to be certain of diagnosis (which can be tricky with neurological symptoms as there are so many diseases/disorders that mimic each other). He is not one to cut corners, make assumptions or rush you out of the office. I feel content that all my concerns are taken care of each time I leave his office. I highly recommend him!

He has been my Dr. for many years helping me with my RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome). Never have to wait to see him and easy to talk to.

First call went smoothly. I was told to leave a 2-3 hour window for the doctor’s call. Totally understand that. She primarily wanted background information and symptoms. She told me that I would require further tests before she can make a correct diagnosis. Very clear with her instructions. Will have further to say after my next meeting with her.

Office visit: I was seen promptly by Randy for EMGs. Waited about 10 min afterwards for Dr Farahani. Very thorough workup. Very patient with me. Dr Farahani listened to me and answered all of my questions. Would recommend.

As a Crohn's patient, I appreciate how well she listens and responds to my concerns. She works with me to achieve my treatment goals. Its comforting knowing that if I have any concerns, I can call the office and the receptionist is great in getting me connected to Dr lad in some way and within a couple days.

Probably the best experience I've ever had with a physician. So kind, helpful, patient and knowledgeable.

Dr Lad is very personable and extremely down to earth - no airs about her. I have been to three neurologists and she is by far the nicest, most punctual and indeed very knowledgeable.
