Cooper Lawyers helped my wife and I close on our forever home, and assisted greatly with the sale of our old home. We worked with James, who was an absolute pleasure. He was insightful, understanding and personable. We had a difficult close on our new home where a few appliances were not in good working order. James was able to help secure some funds from the seller to offset some of the repair costs. We also struggled with our lender, who was very late getting Cooper Law what they needed to close our new home. But James and team worked late to make sure everything got done properly and on time. I was looking for notary public in our area and came across a site recommending Amanda. I had some questions prior to booking the appointment and she responded promptly. I looked at her business webpage as well and found it very easy to navigate and her usual rates posted (which was really helpful- other businesses wants you to contact them first for a quote, but for simpler transactions I prefer knowing the basic cost beforehand). The day we met her, Amanda was friendly yet professional. She walked us through the process and gave some advice as well. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for notarial services.

Amanda's service was quick, flexible and accomodating.Easy to book an appointment online and time slots varied which is great for busy schedules, informative website and she responded to emails quickly. Would recommend and will use again.
