It was a great experience. I have mobility issues and they were respectful and effective. I would have never thought it was Sam's ( I hope I'm right) first week. They are going to be my goto from now on. My visit was 04/05/23 with Ben and Sam.

Ben is totally awesome. I would not go anywhere else but to him for my glasses. He is totally committed to his job and his customer service is above normal for sure. If he treats all his customers as he does myself then he is a valued asset to the company for sure. His service is fast and he is always on the ball. He earns a 5 star from me very easily. By the looks of the great reviews he is super good to all his customers.

I'm from Ontario and was in Fredericton on vacation recently. I'm an avid bicycle rider and wanted some descent non-prescription shades to deflect the wind and which also could be worn in low light late evening. Talked to the store manager, I think his name was Ben (?) and he hooked me up with exactly what I needed on first shot and they look crazy cool as well. I love them, big step up from the cheap plastic ones I had before. Great service and value!
