I went to my first appointment at the Dr Coward and Assoc office and was very happy. The staff were very helpful and friendly, from front desk to doctor. The office was very clean and the selection of glasses frames were many. I would highly recommend for anyone!

Great experience. Dr Moncrieffe was professional and efficient. I felt confident in her expertise and she made me feel comfortable during the appointment. I had been feeling that my vision had been getting worse, but it turns out that my vision is the same, but my progressive lenses had not been prepared properly at my previous optometrist office. I am so thankful to have this identified and corrected. The entire staff was amazing.

I have been visiting Dr. Moncrieffe for several years now. I truly appreciate the professionalism of her office staff. She herself takes time to explain what she is doing, and takes time to answer my questions. I have a procedure coming up to fix a problem that arose due to another procedure, and she took the time to explain the options and as to why one was better than the other. Procedure happened at a different office as an emergency. She really put my mind at ease.

Great visit! Staff, including the optometrist, secretaries, and staff in the frames department were all polite, helpful and friendly. You still carried the frames I have had for years so I was able to just get the same ones. That helped immensely because it's difficult to choose frames when you can't see how they look on you. The only recommendation I would make is to get something under the chairs, in the exam room, because the wheels don't move on the carpet. I'm elderly and really struggled to move the chair to where it needed to be. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Very detail oriented, kind, educates you on what is really happening with your eyes, put your needs first and always takes her time, you will never feel rushed out the door. Dr. Tan is extremely kind and caring, knowledgeable and dedicated to educating her patients. I've been going to her for about 10 years now and she consistently goes above and beyond to do the most thorough eye exams I've ever had. I highly recommend.

I have never learned so much during an eye exam! Dr. Tan is by far the most thorough and knowledgeable optometrist I've ever visited. She explained, in depth, every part of the process, and taught me some tips for eye health, etc. along the way. She is a very bubbly person, and made me feel comfortable during the entire exam.
