Dr.Basra and the team at Brampton Family Eye Care are amazing! They took great care during my eye exam and glasses selection. When I went in, the wait was short and the assistant, Jasmine, was so friendly and explained everything. Masks are still a policy in the office, which I very much appreciated! Dr. Basra also took the time to look at my file before my eye exam and asked detailed questions to truly grasp my current situation. You can tell that she really cares about her patients and she has such a positive attitude. Once I was done with my exam, Jasmine helped me choose my glasses and sunglasses. She was so very patient with me and after every glasses I tried on, they were put aside to clean before the next person tried them on. I felt very comfortable there and the staff is very knowledgeable. Not once did they rush or try to sell anything. I would definitely recommend Brampton Family Eye Care, they are exactly what you always look for in an eye care business- trustworthy, professional and friendly. I plan on continuing to go to them for all my eye care needs.

My family has been seeing Dr. Basra for many years, and it is so heartwarming to now be visiting her very own practice. While she is a bit further than where I used to see her earlier, the small drive is worth the experience. The location is a larger space, well kept neat and clean, which serves for a great deal of comfort during our given times. They carry a wide variety of frames on display to keep you busy while you wait for your appointment, and also provide direct billing that clients can take advantage of. Seeing Dr. Basra is like seeing an old friend, who somehow still remembers your previous visits! Always happy to see her.

I booked an appointment for my 2.5 year old and we had a great experience. Dr. Basra was very friendly and kind, my daughter warmed up to her instantly! She walked me through everything she would be doing and took her time to provide additional care instructions. This office is so bright and clean, I would definitely come back without a doubt.

Great staff who offer the best in customer service! Dr. Karimova - Milazzo is very knowledgeable and professional.She did a fantastic job and was extremely personable. The entire team is very knowledgeable about their products. This is the best optometry office I have ever experienced! Dr. Karimova - Milazzo was so thorough in her eye exam, not to mention that they have the best equipment available to give completely comprehensive care. I was so impressed with my experience that I can't imagine going anywhere else. The selection of glasses is out of this world. Very trendy frames you will not find anywhere else. So happy to be a patient of this office! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience!

Sunshine Modern Eye Care has been caring for my eyes for the last 9 years. The service that I continue to receive from the doctors provides me with comfort and ease knowing that my eyes and my family's eyes are care for so thoroughly. Despite moving 1hr and 30m away from their Brampton location, I continue to make the trip. Brampton staff are super friendly and very helpful. When my busy life doesn't allow me time to go to Brampton, Dr. Milazzo see's me at her Mississauga location without hesitation. The Mississauga location is convenient and the staff are kind, respectful and accommodating. I highly recommend taking your family to either location.

I will give 5 stars to Sunshine Modern Eye Care. My family and I have been Dr. Milazzo's patients for almost 10 years. Dr. Milazzo and the rest of the Doctors in the clinic are very professional, knowledgeable and very kind. Karla and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The people in the entire clinic have excellent people skills.
