Such wonderful staff at FYI Doctors! My mother and I had never met Dr.Sandboe before but we will definitely ask for her again! So very personable and patient and took great time to get us fitted properly. Big shout out to Emily who assisted us twice for fittings. She made it very fun and engaging and provided excellent insight and knowledge. The fact that she remembered us from our previous fitting shows what care and attention she gives her clients!

FYidoctors - Grande Prairie - 99th Street The staff is absolutely the best!! I personally do not like/want to wear glasses. However, it has come to the point that I need them to be able to see anything. Hailey, who is so amazing at her job, was so patience with me, knowing how I felt about having to wear glasses. She suggested few different styles and one of the first ones she picked out were the ones I bought. Since I received my glasses I have actually been wearing them constantly!! Thank you so much Hailey for helping me find the perfect pair of glasses!! I will definitely go back to FYidoctors for all my eye care!!!

I've always had good service at FYi over the years, and I figured they were overdue for a review. My most recent visit was after popping a lens out of my half frames. Not a big issue, but I dropped them off and it wasn't long before I got a text that they were fixed. Good as new, and nicely cleaned up, and no charge on it either. Rose was most helpful and friendly. Thank you!
