He then specialized in complex foot and ankle surgeries in the United States and Quebec. He has focused on trauma, joint replacement surgeries for knees and hips, as well as surgeries to correct deformities and osteoarthritis of the foot and ankle. As the head of the Orthopedic Department of the Haut-Richelieu since 2021, Dr. Jon Armano has led innovative projects, including introducing daycare surgery for knee and hip arthroplasty.

Je tiens à remercier l'équipe du Dr. Armano pour les excellents soins prodigués suite à une fracture du poignet droit subie en mai dernier. Le Dr. Armano m'a installé 3 broches pour bien replacer ma fracture et après 5 semaines d'immobilisation, la fracture était parfaitement guérie. Les bonnes attentions de l'infirmier (Christian) ainsi que les très bons conseils du physio de l'équipe (Sébastien Dion), m'ont permis un rétablissement rapide. Le Dr.Armano répond à toutes nos questions, il est calme, gentil et surtout très compétent, tout ce qu'il faut pour donner confiance. Je le recommande sans hésitation. Merci à toute l'équipe Chantale.

Absolutely extraordinary Dr and surgeon. I had an extremely bad bunion that needed to be re-operated after being operated over 15 years ago. I was barely able to walk…This man is a perfectionist. I was not certain I would walk again let alone skip! Dr. Armano is compassionate, dedicated, gives full kudos to his team. He truly cares. I am so grateful I was turned away by two other surgeons because my foot was too ‘complicated’. You may have to wait longer to see him, but he is worth the wait. I am so grateful for this man and his team. In addition, his bedside manner is beautiful. You can see in his eyes how much he cares. His gentle hand holding. He takes the time to answer your questions and talk to you despite how busy he is. I believe Orthopedic medicine is his vocation. I can’t say enough about him. Thank you Dr. Armano. I’m so grateful for you.

J'ai été opéré pour un remplacement de hanche le 30 mai 2023 et je suis très, très satisfaite. Je suis aussi agréablement surprise par la vitesse de la récupération. Je marche avec aisance et ce quelques jours seulement suite a l'opération. Je vais pouvoir reprendre mes activités sportives, le golf et le tennis suivra sous peu! Dr. Leroux est une sommité dans son domaine ! Si vous avez la chance d'être un(e) de ses patients(es), vous êtes privilégiés(es). Merci beaucoup Dr. Leroux

Je me sens privilégiée d'avoir pu recevoir les soins de ce chirurgien! Une PTG (prothèse totale du genou) qui s'est super bien passé, c'est de la magie! Il est hyper compétent, un bon vulgarisateur, empathique juste assez mais pas trop, très efficace! Ma vie est changée grâce à lui! Merci doc!

J’ai été opéré pour un changement de hanche par Dr. Leroux et en plus d’être ultra satisfait du résultat, je suis aussi satisfait de la façon que tout c’est déroulé, de la première rencontre, la rencontre préopératoire, de l’opération et de la rencontre postopératoire.

Opérer pour une PTG droit il y a 3 semaines et je me sens déjà très bien. Médecin très professionnel et attentif à nos besoins. Je suis déjà en attente pour le côté gauche et je vous assure que personne d'autre que lui ne le fera.

I had my knee replacement just 3 weeks ago...and I would get it done again, if need be, by Dr Corriveau in a heartbeat. I am very happy.
