I recently visited Dr. Joseph Elmalem & Associates and was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional care and expertise. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and professional. The optometrist conducted a comprehensive eye exam, explaining each step and ensuring I understood everything. The facility was clean, modern, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic for their outstanding service and commitment to patient satisfaction.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Joseph Elmalem and Associates for more than 20 years and we highly recommend this practice. They are well organized, always willing to accommodate and they follow up with us whenever necessary. Dr. Levman is very professional and always friendly, as is all of the support staff. We highly recommend their services to anyone in need of eye care.

Dr. Elmalem is always pleasant and wonderful! I happened to be getting glasses with my daughter next door and found a couple of pairs that I liked. I went over to Dr. Elmalem’s and asked for my prescription and we noticed that I hadn’t had an eye exam since 2020. I decided to get an exam and they were able to squeeze me in immediately. Thank you for being so accommodating!

I recently had another appointment with doctor Joseph elmalem because I was really concerned about my floaters, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The doctor was incredibly thorough and meticulous in his examination, leaving no stone unturned. He patiently answered all of my questions, demonstrating a genuine care for my concerns. I have been coming to FYidoctors for many years and have been very pleased with their high level of customer service. Dr. Uddin and the staff are consistently friendly, professional and helpful. I’m always made to feel very welcome. I’m grateful that Dr. Uddin detected a condition in my eyes that could have caused blindness. I was referred to an ophthalmologist for a laser eye procedure to correct the condition. I have also always received excellent assistance in selecting the best frames. Highly recommended.

Great experience today with Dr Uddin. Eye examination, advice on a future treatment which was booked for 2 weeks out. Friendly, professional and very helpful with her explanations. Also purchased new glasses and arranged for updated lenses for another pair - Angie Strats was patient and guided me through several frames before settling on two pairs. Thumbs up to the FYI team! Highly recommend.

My children and myself have been with FYI for 10 yrs, and have had absolutely the best experiences. The staff is super friendly and honest!!! Dr.Uddin has been fantastic and amazing with my child who has some more challenging needs. 100% recommend.
