Staff goes above and beyond and were very helpful getting my granddaughter hoo ked up with pharmacare. Dr Okano has always been professional, very helpful, and caring. Only thing they coukd do to improve is get rid of the masks. Thank you.

I can’t thank Dr. Okano enough for everything he has done for our son. Our Allergy Oral Immunotherapy journey was a long one, but Dr. Okano and his amazing team made us feel so calm, comfortable, informed and well cared for at each visit. Very professional & personable. We highly recommend him as a paediatrician.

Excellent Dr for my daughter from birth to when her heart issues have finally been fixed at Children's through surgery. Dr Okanos staff are wonderful, answered my calls always, always punctual. Very thorough. Played and laughed with my daughter. Would definitely recommend.

My family absolutely loves Dr. Chapple. She has looked after all of my kids (ages 6 months to 8 years) at some point in time and the care she provides has always been excellent. She never rushes me and always take time to answer all my questions . I belong to a moms play group and the feeling from the whole group of moms is that she is one of the best pediatricians in kamloops.

Dr. CHAPPLE is amazing! She looks after our son who has ADHD and she is so knowledgeable. He loves her, we love her. Her staff is always so helpful and gets us in early if it is really needed. She never rushes us and we will be sad when he gets too old to see her anymore.

I recently came in with my child who might be on the spectrum and Dr Chapple help me greatly with my fear. Also her dog was there and was a very calming presence in the office. Thanks Dr Chapple for all your help.

Always very open to sending us on to different specialists and following up with our appointments. I have always found her staff very pleasant and more than willing to book around our schedule.
