I emailed this company last evening, and Rocco called within 2 hours (and at 9pm on Friday!). Rocco had Andre come over the next Saturday morning, and inspect my new house for fleas and mites. Andre was a true professional, patient and kind. He explained everything simply, and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend, and will be using them again in the future for preventative services.

Had a wasp nest under our deck and it was dealt with efficiently and promptly with a full explanation of the removal process and measures to help prevent the colony from rebuilding. Highly recommend for their professionalism and reasonable price. Would definitely use their services again should the need arise.

We contacted Rocky to have some rodents removed from our Pickering property. He was very professional and responsive. He also took the time to explain his assessment as well as the treatment. We are very satisfied with the services performed.

I had a great experience. Technician was able to come quickly (about an hour after my call) and quickly dealt with two hives: a white-faced hornet hive and a yellow jacket hive. He also sprayed our treehouse surfaces where hornets had been noticed, to help keep them away from where children play. Prices were very reasonable and include a 6-month guarantee. If the hornets come back, Pestbye will return for free removal. I will definitely be using them again and am very happy with the speed and quality of service.

Awesome experience with Muneer. He was so professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and put us at ease with the mouse he found. He did a thorough inspection. He put down safe bait that exterminate the pests. His price was excellent and he said if we have any further problems to call him and he will be there. I definitely would recommend him. Great price fast and friendly service. Called because we were unable to bbq this long weekend due to a wasp nest. They were quickly eradicated leaving us to enjoy the backyard for the evening.
