I recently changed providers -- when my last one changed hands personnel changed and I haven't been happy with them since. These guys know the business and have been serving customers in my area for ages (with another company). They showed up exactly when they said they would, the operator was professional and friendly, and most importantly, he pumped my tank completely. I strongly recommend giving this company a shot.

John came out for a septic tank cleanout. it was my first time dealing with a septic tank in a new house so I had a lot of questions. John took the time to explain all the details to me, and he was very professional and polite. The Job was done quickly, and he was respectful of my property and left no mess. Very happy with the service provided and would happily have John out again.

I had a Septic emergency and this company saved the day. A friendly and prompt answer to my call and very fast service had made a bad day better. The service tech John was amazing and efficient! Highly recommend using this company.

We moved to our rural home in the NE of the GTA 2 yrs ago and knew little of what a septic system is or does. We found out the hard way when we had a backup in our finished basement. Coulter Pumping was called and emptied the tank and found the problem of a blockage to the filter bed. Thanks to them for their professional and informative service.
