Notre chien est toujours très heureuse de fréquenter cette pension lorsque nous devons nous absenter. À chaque fois, les employés sont courtois, répondent avec professionnalisme et démontrent qu’ils adorent les chiens. Merci de vos excellents soins pour nos belles bêtes et nous recommandons votre commerce sans hésiter! L’arrivée avec pitou peut être un peu étourdissant avec la paperasse à compléter et le petit comptoir du hall d’entrée, particulièrement s’il y a d’autres clients qui vont et vient en même temps avec leur animal. Je me demande si ce processus pourrait être fait autrement pour réduire la durée de passage au comptoir. Somme toute, superbe pension.

Le service est juste incroyable. Mes chiens sont si heureux quand on arrive à cet endroit, que ce soit pour le toilettage, autant que la pension Un peu cher, mais tout de même dans les prix.

Nous avons toujours eu un excellent service. Nous sommes très satisfait des résultats. Nous vous recommandons leurs services.

Bingo y va depuis des années il a 17 ans Judith prend même le temps de faire so toilettage coucher vue qu’il est vieux, très consciencieuse, je la conseille à tout le monde, mais prenez vous d’avance!!!!!

Super expérience. Mon chien ressort toujours de là avec l'allure d'un petit prince. Ça va fait un an déjà et je leur laisse mon chien les yeux fermés.

Très satisfait du service! Ils ont vraiment fait attention aux détails, et ça paraît. Le toilettage était impeccable.

Très bon service de toute l’équipe d’Un zoo à la maison. Des gens gentils, patients, souriants et aux petits soins pour nos animaux. Le toilettage est fait en respect du tempérament de l’animal. Ils savent s’adapter à mon petit toutou un peu anxieux, qui finit par se laisser manipuler et laver et les rendez-vous se passent bien. Mes chiens sont bien traités, bien toilettés et beaux après leurs rendez-vous. L’équipe a toute ma confiance. Bravo pour votre bon travail !

J’ai eu un rendez-vous rapide ce qui est un gros plus pour moi! Mon chien est revenu et ressemblait d’un petit toutou, il avait même une petite cravate et il sentait tellement bon. Le couple est vraiment gentil et j’ai eu confiance toute suite. Je suis tombée en amour avec leur tourterelle qui s’occupe de faire un accueil chaleureux. À bientot!

j'ai adorer notre expérience super bien reçu mon ptit ozzy est revenue tout mignon il avais pas mal de nœud dans son poil pour notre première visite service impeccable nous allons y retourner.
