Parce que c'est une résidence où le directeur est très humain, respectueux avec les residents/es, ses employés et les bénévoles. Les résidents y sont heureux, bien traités. Il y a des activités pour tout les goûts. Il y a une unité prophétique où les gens sont très bien, bien traités par des employés/es qui les aiment et qui leur changent les idées. Tout pour les rendre heureux. Il y un bingo tous les lundi, des musiciens les mardis et jeudis, qui les font chanter. Ils les font marcher, sortir dehors et ils ont une collation tous les après midi. Ils ne restent pas dans des situations gênantes, ils sont changés immédiatement. Les employés de la résidence sont professionnels peu importe leur secteur de travail. La nourriture est très bonne. Il y a plus de sourires et de bonne humeur que de personnes frustrées. Je suis bénévole et c'est là que je vais aller demeurer.

J’ai un parti prix car j’y travaille depuis presque neuf ans maintenant, mais ce milieu de vie pour aînés est extra. Nos patrons sont en or et font tout en leur pouvoir pour améliorer sans cesse la qualité de vie des résidents et des employés. Toutes les personnes qui auraient envie de dire le contraire, c’est parce qu’ils n’y ont jamais mis les pieds.

Mon père de 86 ans avec maladie dalzheimer est résident depuis presque 2 ans. Services et soins impeccables… Merci à tout le personnel.

C'est un endroit de rêve avec services exceptionnels comme milieu de retraite confortable.

Résidence privée pour aînés bien gérée et dont les débuts à Saint-Nicolas remontent à quelques années seulement.

Je suis tellement heureux que mes parents aient choisi ce lieu pour y vivre. C'est un endroit magnifique.

VILLA MON REPOS REVIEWS

They offer independent seniors, and slight loss of autonomy, including an environment of quality services to the cost of rent and other additional services invoiced in home care, here in residence.They have trained personnel and supervised the need of new work routines to the needs of people.

For the price, it will be hard to find better. My father was in another residence that closed down. At the other residence, he always said, "I'll get used to it," when we asked him if he liked it, even after two years. At this residence, he had only been there for two weeks and was already saying, "I'm happy here, the people are kind, the food is good. I like it." He often repeats it, even after two years, "I like it here, the people are kind." Based on my experience, I recommend it without hesitation.

My father, Réjean Vallières, stayed there at the end of 2021/2022, and I can tell you that the staff takes their work to heart; they take care of their patients. My father was pampered; now, may he rest in peace. Thank you to all the staff for taking care of him, especially a big thank you to Jackie Lemieux.
