Amazing late night service by all staff! Shout out to kitchen staff coming out to host for seating our party of six after a Queen tribute concert at the local casino. Keep it up, Shawna our waitress for bringing it together in our incredible night out with a home-warming meal.

Rutvik was amazing, he remembered us from months ago he was so helpful and kind and made the experience fantastic even after items we had come to have were not in stock. As a customer service manager, I am very critical of the service I receive and his was well above.

Ordered on Skip the Dishes and the driver did not get the pizza due to some error. The restaurant personally called me, asked me if it was okay for them to personally deliver the pizza. Came within 15 mins and the young lady at the door was so polite and apologetic. Extremely good service. I have been ill for three weeks and wanted some good pizza. This establishment went beyond what was asked of them to make sure I received my food. I am extremely grateful, as I understand the food industry is not easy. I did it myself for a bit. I don’t think I have ever given a google review before but for the extreme amount of kindness these workers showed totally deserves to be seen by everyone. I highly recommend here for the absolute dedicated service you will receive. Thank you Boston Pizza Pickering!
