The staff at this Museum are outstanding - informed and welcoming. So much going on there - we attended a special dinner with a Sherlock Holmes theme and they recently had another with a Titanic theme - it sold out so fast, we couldn't even get tickets! The hard work of the curators pays off and you learn a great deal about the local history. I love going there and we return often to spot their rotating special exhibits. They also have a great facility for rent with a kitchen. I love it there.

A wonderful animal farm, with many different kinds of animals ! Great for children ! Some animals can be petted. There are food stations set up, where you can get food, so the animals can feed right from your hands. It is a sunny day only type of outing, as it is outdoors with no coverage from bad weather! Children love this type of adventure and to see all the little animals is fantastic! The animals are well cared for and have coverage for bad weather! A great time to have some quality family.
