I had an excellent experience today! They promptly responded to my plumbing issue and efficiently replaced the shower cartridge and faucet in no time. The plumber was highly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding, and they ensured everything was working perfectly and things are tidied up before leaving. I'm satisfied with the service provided and would highly recommend delex plumbing and drains to anyone in need of plumbing assistance. Thank you for the exceptional service! Keep up with the good work. This neighbourhood needs you. - Wei L.

I called a few companies to get a hose bib and shutoff valve replaced. Other companies said they'd have to send someone to inspect and then provide a quote. I understand that might be needed for bigger jobs, but what I was asking for was straight forward. Jawad from Delex asked for pictures via WhatsApp and provided me with a price right then and there, perfect! Simple jobs should require simple processes. Jawad came to my house on time, inspected the job and carefully considered options with me before starting his work. The job was done quick. - Yasin D.

Requested local professional thru Home Depot. Shortly after Jawad called me to review scope of work. In a matter of days Jawad arrived to quote and completed the installation. He was extremely personable. - Roy G.

John, Ryan, Justin, and the rest of the team were outstanding from start to finish. They completed a major plumbing project in our home, including rough-ins for a new basement bathroom, relocating our water softener, installing a tankless water heater, replacing an aging stack, and rerouting much of our home's plumbing with new water lines. Their workmanship was excellent, the job site was kept clean, and the work was completed efficiently. Communication was consistent throughout the entire project, and they took the time to answer questions and keep us informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and high-quality plumbing services.

We had a great experience with 1 Tom Plumber. We live between Georgetown and Erin. Our sewage ejector failed due to old age, and they responded quickly and replaced it without issue. While they were on site, they also performed a camera inspection of our line to the septic tank since we were concerned about possible tree roots in our main line. They showed us clear footage confirming several issues with the line and provided a few repair options without any pressure. After getting other estimates, it was clear they were the only company offering a complete solution handling the excavation, plumbing line replacement, and backfill themselves. The work has now been completed and everything was handled professionally from start to finish. We’d highly recommend.

I would highly recommend 1-Tom Plumber. Ryan was on time, professional and got the work done to perfection. We needed to replace an old laundry tub and tap, and not only did Ryan get that done, he secured the tap and tested an old water line that turned out to not be functional. Everything looks clean and there are no more leaks. Ryan also cleaned the area afterward, which is very much appreciated. Thanks again Ryan.
