A text message showing the certified technician JJ was scheduled for our repair. Our garage door original 22 yr old spring failed. JJ was able to take all our questions & we were given an exact explanation for the issue. Price options were good and JJ went to work. Before I realized it he was finished, explaining the new repairs / replacements. Keeping a maintained door helped, but the builder parts only last so long. New updates will last years, it’s quite and a warranty cover for three years. Better to have it serviced by pros like Rockwood, then questionable web sites with generic pics from a photo library. Definitely will recommend Rockwood for everyone.
