Cardinal Plumbing & Electric

I recently called upon Cardinal Home Services to replace an older and failing smoke/CO2 alarm system with a newer model, and to install a new sump pump with a battery back-up system. In both cases, the service was excellent. The technicians showed up when promised, completed the work in a timely and efficient manner, and explained what they had done and answered any and all questions. They were courteous, neat and took care in their work. The office provided prior notice of who was arriving from Cardinal along with a photo and brief description of their past work and/or interests. Can not say enough about the excellent service. I would strongly suggest that one takes advantage of their Club Membership program. I submit these comments simply as an impressed and satisfied customer, without any ties to the company - other than requesting their services.

We booked Cardinal online for a minor plumbing problem. They responded is appropriate time and scheduled our repair in short order. The ongoing communications were perfect so we had no doubt about our status. The serviceman, Graeme was polite, professional and did a great job. I would definitely use them for future repairs.

Very professional & reasonable organization. Had pleasure communicating with everyone, Holy in particular. I felt that they really cared about the project to be finished on time and with high quality. Their experinces dealing with bigger issues like removing a house trap really shows.
