PIONEER FAMILY POOLS & SPAS REVIEWS

Wonderful experience. Chris and the staff are very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. This was our first hot tub and Chris walked us through the options and helped us make the best choice. After install, they followed up with us, asked us to bring in water samples and checked to make sure everything was running well. Great advice and service.

Chris Currah was great to work with! He was very knowledgeable and thorough. The most important thing is that he sincerely cared about our whole process from start to finish. He was awesome! We HIGHLY recommend him! Thank you Chris.

Andy and his crew installed 3 fibreglass pools. Everything from the start to the end went well. The guys are very friendly and work well with other contractors. We are very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend them.

Outstanding Experience!! Liz in the office is very professional and thorough with great response times!! Thank you Liz!! Brad was equally as outstanding with my pool pump replacement- good value/ timely service and super professional!! World Class, thank you.

The team at Steve's Pools is fantastic - they are super responsive and their work is great. Called with a problem related to excessive rain and problem was solved by the time I got home!!! Highly recommended.

POOL TEC CANADA REVIEWS

We recently engaged Pool Tec Canada for the renovation of our pool. They did a fantastic job and the cooperation went well. They responded quickly, were professional and polite. We needed new stairs, so they removed our old polyester steps and replaced them with vinyl steps made of steel with luxury upholstery. They have a new liner, lighting and jets installed in the deck. They were the only company we had contact with that offered us a solution to our persistent groundwater problem with a submersible pump. We would definitely turn them back on and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Recently we had our pool foil replaced by Pool Tec and we were very satisfied with the whole experience. The team (we talked a lot with Corrado) was professional, punctual and clear experienced. They took the time to explain the process, answered all our questions and carried out the installation with great attention to detail. The new foil looks fantastic and has given our swimming pool a complete refresh. Everything was done efficiently, the workplace was left clean and the quality of the installation exceeded our expectations. It is clear that they are proud of their work and find customer satisfaction important. We would highly recommend Pool Tec to anyone looking for reliable and professional pool service.

Angelo and Corrado were fantastic to work with. They built a beautiful pool for us years ago and are always ready for us to answer questions and solve any problems or worries. Excellent customer service in the old-fashioned style! We highly recommend them if you are considering buying a new swimming pool!.
