We have been renting through Royal LePage Property Management ever since moving to Alberta 2.5 years ago. Angie and her team work hard to make sure everything is handled in a professional and prompt manor. We relocated to a new residence last year and it went smooth with their guidance and even received my deposit back on the old place! Yesterday our dryer went on us yesterday. This was a Sunday morning. We are a family of 5 and so I was fairly stressed about it. By 10 am this morning (Monday) - Staff had a replacement installed in my basement. I am so thankful for their hard work and dedication to their tenants! THANK YOU ROYAL LEPAGE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!

We've really appreciated Angie & her team as they've managed our home the past 3 years. She's very knowledgeable, responds to questions quickly, and has kept our house tenanted and and in good repair through a busy market and then a slower one - even throughout the covid economic excitement.

PRIME PROPERTY MANAGEMENT REVIEWS

My family and I moved to Alberta with less than a months notice and had to scramble to find a rental that was in a nice neighborhood and affordable. Luckily, we were able to find a nice rental and make it our home for a year and a half. We just moved out in March, but only because we needed a bigger space, and sadly Prime has very few 4-5 bedroom rentals. Upon inspection, we were told we’d receive our deposit, I was super thankful as I have never lost one before and I definitely worked my behind off cleaning the unit to the best I could for the people coming to move in for April 1st. I’d rent from Prime again, and I’d suggest them to friends and or family as well.

Staff at Prime Property Management are very helpful. I dealt with Katarina. She is so nice to talk to . Extremely helpful .Also dealt with Charmaine. She responds so quickly. All are ready to help. Thank you for the great service.

Amazing company, incredible staff that will treat you with kindness and genuine client care, can’t say enough good things. Building is cleaned and maintained, easily the nicest apartment I’ve been to in Grande Prairie..

GRASSROOTS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT REVIEWS

I’ve been dealing with grass roots to look for a place that suits my needs and so far they’ve been great! I have suspicions regarding the negative commenters because some people are not very clean even though they think they are. It’s not a hotel, clean up after yourselves. It’s not a rental car, take care of it and perform small maintenance yourself (after all you or your kids or your pets are the ones who probably broke it anyway). Pay rent on time, this is pretty important! Many of these reviews you can just tell the type of people they are. So take it with a grain of salt.

They manage my property and have been amazing to work with. If you don’t have the time to manage your own property I 10/10 recommend using them. It’s a good price and they are very communicative and amazing people.

Worked with grassroots on multiple occasions & they have been great to deal with. Our main point of contact is/was Kelsey. We can't begin to express how great it is to work with her. She is very professional.
