Tarek Serham is an asset for Gestion Condo VIP. “Same as Rebecca, Grace and Francesca”. Tarek did a great job today on handling the Fire Inspection team in a professional timely manner. The way you are courteous with the condo owners to solving their problems with their fire and smoke detectors and your positive attitude and willingness in helping them contributed to a job very well accomplished . You demonstrated excellent product knowledge during that visit, which helped the co-owners and the Administrators.

This is a great company! best property management company. Francesca is a pleasure to deal with! She's very helpful and goes above and beyond for her clients. I would definitely recommend!

I am very impressed with Gesti-condo. I am a resident of a condo unit that was experiecing substantial water leakage inside. In a state of panic I called the Gesti-condo and left them a voice message to inform them of the misfortune. This all occured approx 9pm yesterday night 4/03/23. Within a blink of an eye as i was trying to take the steps necessary to help my issue, I received a call back from Gesti-condo. Without any hesitation the gentleman informed me that a team of professionals will be dispatched to my unit in an hour. One can only imagine how stressful it is when there is a discovery of water is leaking in your house. The last thing you want is further interior damages. I felt a sense of relieve as action was taken immediately. As of now the issue is still ongoing but its making progress. A temporary solution was provided until the issue can be fixed completely. As a matter of fact I will be getting a visit tomorrow from the team to follow up on my water leakage. I am grateful that Gesti-Condo exists. On my behalf i can say they are professional, on point, thourough and reliable. Without them this experience would be more chanllemging and dreadful. I want to thank them again for their swift action and taking care of business.
