Eicon Property Management

Management is by far the most relaxed atmosphere ive encountered since becoming a building superintendent. The management team was always there to answer any questions i had or problems I may have encountered regardless of what time or day it was. The non micro managing part is such a bonus as my job can be very challenging and stressful at times and not feeling that looking over your shoulders made me relax and allow me to do my job more efficiently. Its just a nice feeling being part of a team. First class organization and a pleasure to work with. Always have your back.

My name is Bob Campbell. I am President of NSSCC 119 in Niagara Falls. We have had Eicon as Property Managers since May 1, 2022. We are more than satisfied with their management of our Condo. Jeff and Daulton have done a superb job. We were left with a number of outstanding issues from our previous PM. Jeff and Daulton have dilgently worked through each issue and we are on a much better footing now.We look forward to moving forward with Eicon over the next few months.

We changed management to Eicon about a year ago and it’s been one of the best decisions our board has made. Eicon is professional, responsive and hands-on.
