Victoria was so accommodating and flexible to help get us set up. We have a great landlord, but having an extra person to communicate with for the process was a huge blessing. She was quick to respond, very professional, handled every question or query, knew the property well. She advocates well for tenants and landlords and explained Royal York's role and that is not always an easy balance. Would highly recommend working with her and Royal York.
