First and foremost, the property's upkeep is outstanding. The common areas are consistently clean, well-lit, and the front garden is beautifully landscaped. Moreover, the security measures in place provide peace of mind, and I've always felt safe in this apartment. I lived at 219 London rd w and I have lots of praise to give! The neighbours are quiet, never seem to bother each other, and the visitors parking is an awesome bonus. The grounds and the interiors of the buildings are extremely clean and regularly maintained. Of course, the apartment I was in is very nice— never had any issues — and the on site laundry is of high quality. Overall it was a great experience living here! Thank you to the staff!

I’ve been here for almost 9 years and i have no complaint. It’s quiet and i feel safe all the time. The neighbours are alsoamazing and the building is well- maintained.
