Arrowhead PP was a great park. The sites vary in privacy but there reservation system has decent photos to help you decide. Arrowhead offers some awesome sights and lots of trail, bring a bike! The bugs depending on the season can be heavy so be prepared. On arrival there was some junk (empty cans, tin cans) at the site but otherwise in good order. Overall would recommend.
